Tasty and Authentic Rui Fish Roast at Home
Fish roast is the ultimate dish for everyone. It is universally loved. I need three pieces of Rui fish.
Cut the fish into small pieces so that all the spices can penetrate the fish.
In the proper manner, mix salt, turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala into the fish, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, when the spices have fully infused the fish, it will appear well-coated and is ready for cooking..

Now, in a frying pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Then, sauté the chopped onions and add ginger and garlic paste.
After the onion cooked add all the spices together and cook for a while.
Occasionally, allow the spices to boil, and then add the Rui fish that has been marinated for 30 minutes.
Cook the fish on medium heat for 10 minutes without adding any water during this time.
After 10 minutes, add a small amount of water to ensure the fish is fully cooked, and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
